The staff has had turnover, but so does everywhere else. This is a small business/ family practice. It's not a giant corporate conglomerate that gets you in and out and treats you like a number. I have never felt like that and always feel listened to and always received excellent health care.“

“dr. gettys is great! you can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. however, the front desk staff here are so extremely rude! overheard one of the ladies being very blatantly rude to a patient for not speaking fluent english. please teach your desk staff some manners!“

“All of the staff were so friendly, kind, and caring. I came in as a walk-in and only waited about 15 minutes. The receptionist was warm and personable while taking my information, and they got me right in for an X-ray. Everyone I came in contact with great. As I was leaving, I saw the team helping an elderly couple out of their van—such a great example of outstanding customer service. I don’t typically write reviews but on a day that started so badly it was nice to have a pleasant experience.“
