Doctors & Nurses are good but the staff is awful, they never answer the phone & hours of operation on the website DO NOT reflect when they are open. It says 7:30am they might not answer the phone until after 8:30-9am. The office staff always enter my paperwork incorrectly and have to call me days after my appointment to verify my information even though I have been going there for over 5 years because it’s close to my house. Last time I just went to Milford’s urgent care so I didn’t have to deal with the office staffs incompetence while I was sick. Dr.Ted has been awesome the whole 14 years that i have been seeing him. Occasionally i have had to see Dr. Stanforth if Dr.Ted was not available but she has been equally as good. Get to know the staff before you pass judgment.. it is a busy practice but the staff has always been nothing other than helpful.

Hard to write this since not too long ago I was raving about this place. Unlike the majority of the reviews I really like Dr Stanforth, she is firm when she needs to be but overall I think she stays up to date on changes in laws, medical reform and clinical trials/new medications. The front desk on the other hand has been a nightmare the last few months. Appointments being changed last minute, being told you don’t have an appointment yet it’s on their website you do and a rudeness I hadn’t seen in the past.
