“I had a tight back muscle after falling asleep on a hard sofa the day before. I called and got an appointment with Hannah. She was ready for me, no wait. The spa is a clean and inviting establishment. The climate control was at a temperature that I found to be comfortable. I am sure that the massage tables will be heated in cold weather. Hannah was pleasant and is her skilled in her trade, and her experience showed as she had the tight muscle eased very shortly and continued with a very relaxing massage. She was quiet as she was working, only occasionally asking me if I was okay. There was nice music in the background but I was concentrating on how good the massage felt. It was Bliss indeed. Pricing was reasonable, on par with most other independent shops in this area. But the massage was much better than other spas that I have been to.“

“I utilized Nurture quite a bit throughout my pregnancy. I did prenatal yoga and the hypnobirthing class and we also had a birth doula (shout out to Nicole?), and a post partum doula (Amanda?).

Yoga was fun to surround myself with other pregnant mommas and get in a great stretch.

Hypnobirthing was my favorite and most impactful experience. Learning about what is going on during labor really boosted my confidence and empowered my mindset for labor!

Nicole was a wonderful presence in the delivery room, reassuring me that I was doing a great job and was there to suggest comfort measures as things progressed.

My husband and I always looked forward our postpartum doula, Amanda, coming to look after our daughter Quinn and help around the house a bit! Quinn seemed to love being cared for by Amanda and Mike and I woke up refreshed after the nap we were able to enjoy when Amanda was in our home!
