I have been getting massages for years at mantra and everyone has always done a great job I Typically go 1x month. Stephanie was the only tech available on this particular day and I was skeptical bc I have never been to her before. She has changed my life. She incorporates Thai, shiatsu and used her body weight with feet and hands while incorporating stretches. I have constant back and hip pains n and she found spots nobody ever could before. Absolutely fantastic. The way way the atmosphere makes you feel more at home and at ease than in your own home is amazing. He wonder and staff have always been the most nice people, and the knowledge they have of the human body is astounding.
