“I was very satisfied with the work that Ken's Parkhill Roofing did on my house and garage earlier this month. They did a complete roof replacement on the house, plus some gutter work on the house and garage and repaired a damaged fascia on the garage. There were some communication issues along the way. For example, some of the workers who did the roof replacement did not speak English, and the ones who did didn't communicate to me during the process. They did not inform me when they left for the day if the job was complete or if they would be coming back. Also, after an inspection, it was determined that some of the work on the garage needed to be redone, and that was taken care of a couple days later. But eventually, all work was completed to my satisfaction, and I would recommend this company to anyone seeking a roof replacement. Their final price was also very close to the estimate I received, and I appreciated that.“

He provided the lender with the information they requested after a complete inspection of the foundation outside including the gutters and drains (footer drains and trench drains). Bathroom vents were added and the baffles were corrected that were inferior from the previous roofer only a year old. Soffit vent openings were also corrected that had been an issue.
