“I was very satisfied with the work that Ken's Parkhill Roofing did on my house and garage earlier this month. They did a complete roof replacement on the house, plus some gutter work on the house and garage and repaired a damaged fascia on the garage. There were some communication issues along the way. For example, some of the workers who did the roof replacement did not speak English, and the ones who did didn't communicate to me during the process. They did not inform me when they left for the day if the job was complete or if they would be coming back. Also, after an inspection, it was determined that some of the work on the garage needed to be redone, and that was taken care of a couple days later. But eventually, all work was completed to my satisfaction, and I would recommend this company to anyone seeking a roof replacement. Their final price was also very close to the estimate I received, and I appreciated that.“

Bathroom vents were added and the baffles were corrected that were inferior from the previous roofer only a year old. Soffit vent openings were also corrected that had been an issue. “We have used Berry Hoffman of Hoffman Construction and his crew for several construction projects, big and small. We have always found Barry punctual, responsible, resourceful, and imaginative in finding solutions to problems in our older home. We needed a structural repair for a recurring crack in our ceiling that was due to a design defect dating from its original construction. Barry worked out a solution with our structural engineer and came up with a novel solution the engineer approved. Barry's crew worked over three days to rebuild the ceiling support in the narrow crawl space of our attic. They were always on time, polite, informative, and cleaned up promptly and thoroughly at the end of the day. We had a second HVAC issue which Barry dealt with the same creativity and responsibility.
