I recently discovered what I thought was yellow mold in a sunporch. Called AirGuard and they got me in promptly, a next day appointment to come out and take a look. Steve stopped by on time. My goodness, what an honest Company! He not only assured me that it was not yellow mold, but instead was a type of a mushroom growing, he also gave me suggestions on how to treat the area. I had been so concerned about this as I have a new puppy who eats everything on the floor. Someone could have taken advantage that I was naive about the situation, but Steve was ethical, truthful and fair. And as an added bonus…a really nice guy! I highly recommend AirGuard.

Airgaurd tackled mold remediation in my attic 12-2021. Now, one year later, the attic remains mold free. 1-16-2023 Steve came back out because of a persistent musty odor in a finished room in my basement. His opinion was there is no mold, keep door open for better air cirulation and run a dehumidifier. He advised against testing for mold - costly. Steve refused to charge me for the visit even when I offered to pay him something for the house call.. Incredible!Services: Mold inspection
