I needed a crown and felt confident that I would be in good hands with Dr Jeff. I was very impressed with the care that I received. The new technology they used enabled me to leave the same day with my new crown and I haven’t had trouble with the tooth since. “I have been a patient of this practice for over 20 years. I've been fortunate that I've had very little needed in the way of higher order care--nothing beyond regular cleanings and the occasional filling repair. Recently, I needed my first crown on a big molar--and the process was straightforward, any discomfort was extremely well-managed, and I knew exactly what to expect at each of the 2 appts required for the procedure. My original molar is now well-protected under a perfectly made and fitting high-quality crown and even if something goes awry--I have confidence that the remedy will be addressed quickly and professionally. My daughters also attend this practice and they have had consistently excellent care, esp. by the hygienist staff with whom they have the most contact.“
“I think most of us can agree that the dentist office is an naturally awkward and uncomfortable place to be, unless you're one of those rare individuals who has an affinity for having their oral hygeine habits judged and multiple people prodding around in your mouth as you recline in a chair wearing weird sunglasses and a bib. Visiting the dentist is something most of us dread, but it's nonetheless necessary in maintaining the health and effectiveness of our beloved chompers.All that aside, I think what can make or break one's dental experience is the same as it is with most other things in life: It's the people who make the difference. And let me tell you; Dr. Fixler and her team are running a top-notch operation over there at University Heights Dental. The entirety of my visit to the dentist today was met with nothing but compassion and professionalism. I'm so grateful for the competence, professionalism, patience, and positive attitudes I experienced at University Heights Dental, and look forward to my next visit.
