I've been fortunate that I've had very little needed in the way of higher order care--nothing beyond regular cleanings and the occasional filling repair. Recently, I needed my first crown on a big molar--and the process was straightforward, any discomfort was extremely well-managed, and I knew exactly what to expect at each of the 2 appts required for the procedure. My original molar is now well-protected under a perfectly made and fitting high-quality crown and even if something goes awry--I have confidence that the remedy will be addressed quickly and professionally. I rarely wait longer than 5 minutes before being taken back for my cleaning which is a huge plus for me because my patience is not very good! Not to mention, Dr. Bilski is the best (and handsome).
