“I had B&B cleaning and they did a lousy job cleaning the carpet and my furniture smelled like musty mildew, and my carpet wasn’t even cleaned. It looked the same as what it was before they even did anything, but we didn’t even pre-treat the spots or the extra traffic area and then when I called to get a redo and they called me up and yelled at me and complained and didn’t want to do it and said they’ll give me a refund on the carpet but not the furniture. They’re very rude and unprofessional and they only have one crew that’s it for their whole company and I wouldn’t have them come back and do it again. These guys were great. He was very professional. He moved the furniture. I didn’t have to tell him what to do. He automatically moved it and he put it back and he cleaned it and he took his time and didn’t rush And when he moved the one piece of furniture, he goes well boy that’s clean I said yeah can you tell that they didn’t clean around the other part of the furniture so they did a wonderful job I guarantee they are the best I would recommend them to do any Carpet cleaning.
