Initially they had to work inside and let me say they left everything the way they found it. They protected my floors from additional clean-up. Next Austin Drain was able to replace my sewer line WITHOUT busting up my tile floor in my bathroom (which was what another company told me had to happen) Austin Drain saved me a large sum of money to complete a very big job. They checked in with me along the way and explained everything they were doing. They made sure I was happy. Our furnace was 21 years old and after a few months of extremely high electric bills, I "interviewed" a few local contractors who had the experience and knowledge to diagnose a geo system and replace. John Hagan (owner) visited the first time and I was very impressed by his straight-forward approach, diagnosis and presenting all of my options. As a WaterFurnace installer, we decided to select Hagan for this substantial repair. I appreciated how John didn't try to sell us the most expensive model nor any of the bells-and-whistles. “Had an issue with my water softener, and called to have them check it out. Jared could have come the same day I called, but I had a conflict in my schedule so it didn't work. He came the next afternoon, was VERY honest and informative about the issues. He had the parts with him, and fixed it on the spot within a short amount of time. “The ladies at Renner’s are amazing. I went there with an old bath faucet stem. They diligently checked all of their stock without success. They then spent a lot of time going through catalogs trying to find a match. Eventually they determined the manufacturer and model number.Their nearby suppliers did not have it. They could order it but it would take several days. They then started calling local competitors to see if they had it. After many calls, they found it at the Lowe’s in Green. They then called the store and had them hold it for me.I tried to pay them for their time but they refused. I was blown away by their diligent professionalism.“
