They then spent a lot of time going through catalogs trying to find a match. Eventually they determined the manufacturer and model number.Their nearby suppliers did not have it. They could order it but it would take several days. They then started calling local competitors to see if they had it. After many calls, they found it at the Lowe’s in Green.
