“My wife and I had a fantastic experience here! We were looking for flooring for a laundry room remodel. Since it's a laundry room, we were looking for a small quantity of sheet vinyl. Since it was such a a small order, I was honestly not expecting much help. We had tried two other flooring stores in the area. One store didn't sell sheet vinyl due to lack of installers willing to install it, and another store seemed only interested in up-selling us on flooring we didn't want. Our experience at Levi's though was nothing close to that! We told Sherry that we were looking for Mannington sheet vinyl (we had a pattern in mind already) and she showed us right where their samples were. Levi's had a better sample selection than any store we had tried! Sherry mentioned to us that they too were having trouble getting installers to install it, but said they did have one guy that would do it. However, installation had a $500 minimum labor charge, which I understand and don't think is unreasonable, however it was out of our budget for our project. Sherry was completely understanding about this. When I mentioned that I wasn't opposed to DIY'ing it, she gave some very helpful pointers, including recommending the thickest flooring to cover up any imperfections in the underlayment as best as possible. The price difference was pretty small for such a small room, so this definitely made sense.<br><br>Delivery of the flooring took way longer than expected, however this was on the manufacturer and was not Levi's fault. When Sherry called to schedule delivery, she told me (basically) "you've waited so long, just tell me when you want it delivered and we will make it work!" This was very nice ?<br><br>Anyways, we were able to get the flooring delivered and installed ourselves the same day and it looks incredible. We love it!<br><br>I would not hesitate to recommend Levi's to anyone looking for flooring. Thank you!“
