“This place is the real deal. Took my 16 year old son and his back has been injured for 8 months. He was in severe pain, with trouble sleeping, sitting, participating in sports, just about everything caused him pain. We have been to other doctors, chiropractors and physical therapy, and when he sat up after his first treatment at airrosti he said it was the first time he can remember in a long time that he wasn’t in pain. The smile on his face said it all. I was sitting there thinking this place is like some voodoo. They gave him some very minimal exercise and stretching to do at home and after two visits they released him. Not like other places that want you to keep coming back over and over. “I have been seen at the Middletown Clinic for over a year. I suffer from chronic back pain that has now spread to my neck. When I reached out to my PCM via My HealthVet I always chat with the nurse of Dr. Likki. I’ve only seen Dr. Likki once which was for 3 minutes. I wrote a complaint about not seeing my PCM and wanting to know what’s causing the pain in my neck after asking to speak with her about my results and further treatment only to have the nurse tell me she would forward my concerns to Dr Likki. Well I finally received a call from Dr Likki only for her to over talk my concerns and not hear what my issues were. The call was very unpleasant, unprofessional and mostly unproductive to my concerns. X-rays were ordered for my back but nothing was done for my neck and I tried to asked what’s causing the unbearable discomfort only to be over talked and not heard. She ordered physical therapy which I’ve had several times but what’s causing the pain. I’ve had great relationships with all my VA doctors up until now. Very need I’ve had the nurse has addressed my needs to that’s not the issue. The issues is the pain in my neck, no doctor to patient relationship, unprofessional call because I voiced my concerns through the VA Survey. I served for 20 years and I’m greatful for the treatment i received but as a Vet of the VA and a patient I should be able to speak with my doctor as I have done multiple times before without being called and talked over with an unprofessional attitude.“

She is very focused on figuring out the medical issue when it’s not always clear.I have also seen Dr Chamberlain and I am equally as impressed with him.Highly recommend either of these two doctors for your health provider.“

“From the front office staff to the doctors themselves, it feels like they are actually listening and not responding to invisible pressures from insurance companies and higher ups to make appointments short. It is refreshing to feel like someone is listening. The whole operation feels less robotic and cold. Keep in mind that because they are actually listening, sometimes appointments take a bit longer, and sometimes this means you might wait a bit - worth the wait. The process (but not the expertise) feels more like what a doctor's office used to be like 20 years ago, and I like that.“

“I've been going to the dental side for years, but recently started bringing my kids. My toddler boy has an appointment, and they also squeezed my toddler girl in as well. The dentist was absolutely amazing, so gentle and polite, her assistant was awesome too, the receptionist was a god sent so helpful. They made it a wonderful experience!!! Would give more than 5 stars if it was an option!! This place has improved so much over the years. Edit this as my normal provider has retired I now see Dr. Smith and I have to say he is awesome. He is kind and listens, and I love Monica the nurse she has always been a joy!“
