I had the pleasure of having my momma as my realtor. Never thought I would be able to purchase a home and I would be stuck in my apartment forever, but she had faith that I could afford it and she would find the right one for me. With myself being a first time home buyer, I thought every house I went into was the one, but she made sure that the house was in good condition and that I was getting the best deal.
