Patience is key! (Pun intended) Kimberly understood our situation, wants, and dislikes. She knew we were willing to wait for the right one and the second it was available, she was all over it. We closed on our forever home in 3 weeks and couldn’t be happier. She answered questions quickly and when she had to dig for a few answers, we had it in less than 24 hours. We valued her opinion, experience, and knowledge throughout the negotiation phase. We waited more than 6 months for the right one and thanks to Kimberly, we now own it.

Patient and persistent. Kim met with us for quite a while to learn what it was we were looking for in a new home. She listened to our feedback on each home to widen and narrow the search as appropriate. She was always very prompt with communications and easy to talk with.
