When we needed help they came right away (turns out we just needed to remove some snow buildup from around the exhaust). Regular maintenance has been easygoing and simple to schedule. Holly, Seth and Sam worked with us and answered all of our questions. We’ve recommended them to family with an AC issue and they had the part and got it up and running months before their old company said they could. “I am sure they are not allowed to go into overtime to help a complex for heating and hot water for 10 days. Lowest bidder gets the lowest service.I would like to edit this review. Our complex was not informed of the extensive repair work this complex required. We were only told " they could not complete it in one day as thought" . Very misleading on the complex response to residents. Thank you for your hard work. I have to come to understand it was a difficult task that the complex did not relay to residents. I apologize for my poor review before.“
