I am sure they are not allowed to go into overtime to help a complex for heating and hot water for 10 days. Lowest bidder gets the lowest service.I would like to edit this review. Our complex was not informed of the extensive repair work this complex required. We were only told " they could not complete it in one day as thought" . Very misleading on the complex response to residents. Thank you for your hard work. I have to come to understand it was a difficult task that the complex did not relay to residents. I apologize for my poor review before.

I appreciate everyone at National. From the helpful scheduling people to the tech who came to the house and did a great job and was friendly and courteous. Explained everything at the end of the visit so that we know how to keep our system in good repair.
