“We are very happy with the work done by Huff in installing a new furnace with our existing air conditioning system. Huff was recommended by our real estate agent, but we got multiple quotes. Derran who came for the site visit spent quality time looking over our existing system and ductwork. He gave immediate suggestions on how to improve the ductwork, combustion air intake and exhaust. We liked the options he provided and after a bit of research agreed with his basic offering that fit well to the size of the house. His offer was competitive and his ductwork suggestions put Huff over the other companies. Installation was done by Rob and Destul. They were on time and worked efficiently. The system is compact and an existing outlet to the outside was used for a concentric intake/exhaust. Even though we cleaned the work area for them, they somehow left it cleaner than when they started! We appreciated the Thermostat and smoke/CO detectors that came with their installation package. We appreciated their specific advice on timely product registration to make sure we get the warranty lined up. The system is working well. “I recently needed to have my furnace repaired quickly. I called and spoke with Doug from Time Savers late in the day around closing time to advise my furnace was not working. Since the weather was fairly mild I did not ask for an emergency service call. I was very pleased that Doug said he would be out first thing the following morning. He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. The cost for the service and repair was extremely reasonable. I will be calling Time Savers for all of my future furnace and AC needs.“

“I wish all of my experiences with home related repairs and services were as good as they have been with R&W. They kept my old Carrier A/C going for a long time. The time finally came when it was no longer worthwhile to put more money into stringing it along. Service tech Steve (he's excellent) called Kent who came out that very day to provide an estimate for the replacement of the unit. My wife and I talked it over and decided to go with the new unit. From the day we notified Kent of our decision to proceed, the installation was scheduled for the following week and the entire central air system was fully installed and functional when promised. I can't say enough about Kent and the installation team. Everything went smoothly. I was a bit surprised that the installers were such young guys. These guys are hard working self starters. These guys know what they're doing and there's no nonsense. Kent showed up several times and worked right along with these guys. Teamwork at it's best. At the time of this writing it's the end of May. We've already had a few hot days. We're so happy to have taken care of this replacement in timely manner as the super hot days of June, July and August are right around the corner. “Went in today with my son to purchase some landscaping timbers. We stood there and wasn't greeted by anyone for 15 minutes. Workers walked past us and didn't say a word to us. Finally the cashier while walking back to her register, asked if we needed help and said she'd send someone over. Again, we waited. 4 more workers walked past us, didn't greet us and we would just leaving and coming to Lowes. The customer service was just SOOO bad. Once arriving at Lowes, we went to the garden center and got a few plants, greeted by every employee out there asking if we needed help. When we walked in to walk all the way across the store to the lumber, 6 employees were passed said hello and asked if we needed help. We got to the lumber area and just peeked down an isle where a worker was and as I turned around, he yelled from behind if I needed help finding something. Yes, I told him what I was looking for and he told me exactly where to get it. Long story short, go to Lowes. They're customer service exceeded expectations and Home Depot is just lacking in that department. Terribly. Lowes price was cheaper too AND their lumber wasnt moldy looking and cracked like Home Depot.“

When we needed help they came right away (turns out we just needed to remove some snow buildup from around the exhaust). Regular maintenance has been easygoing and simple to schedule.
