Chris explained everything that he was gonna do.And for some reason I trusted him. I told him what went on with the other havoc company. He also cleaned up what they had it. I was very happy with him.
I initially called King’s heating and air for a second opinion. Chris’s knowledge and willingness to go out of his way to help made us decide to go with him for the replacement of our AC and furnace. His price was better than the competition, and he was polite, courteous and very punctual. Installation was done in a timely manner and the house and patio were cleaner than before, when he left.
