“Dr. Cunningham is the most compassionate vet I've encountered. No clinic was willing to see us when my bunny started limping, but Dr Cunningham agreed to see us the same morning. She was very patient with my questions and shock, knowledgeable and compassionate when we found out the news wasn't good. They were able to let me take him home and scheduled us for euthanasia the next day. The staff was very kind and gave me a needed hug! I am so grateful for them!“

“We've always been happy with this clinic, but when our kitty was in trouble, they were really great. This past summer, our cat stopped eating or drinking water. She was stressed out because of the 4th of July and visitors staying with us from out of town. They responded to messages and called me during the holiday giving me ideas of what to do and then took her the very first appointment when they opened. They were very responsive and helpful.“

“My absolute favorite vet in CLE! I got a puppy this year and have taken her here for every single need she has had. Vaccinations, sick exams, spaying, microchipping - everything! The staff is truly wonderful and they love their jobs. This place is so popular that you need to get here at 8am or earlier to get an appointment that day! You can do walk-ins, but I wouldn't recommend it unless you only need a vet tech appointment, which I get most of the time. Incredibly affordable as well (bills usually under $100). Highly recommend!!!“

“Hinckley Animal Hospital vets are the best in examining and taking care of our pets Lucky and Ralph with full compassion. They really are thorough in diagnosing their health issues and treating their needs. Drs'. Kalo, Skavdahl, and Reinhart really know what they're doing. And our pets simply love and are completely at ease with them. They don't push or suggest any unnecessary tests which they may not need. We really appreciate their educational advice. The entire vet tech staff that we've met are also extremely knowledgeable and caring. Highly recommend this animal clinic to anyone who needs caring medical attention for their pets. The best vets we've ever had.“

“I found Bartels while vacationing a few yrs back I have never left my Laya overnight anywhere and certainly not with strangers,after careful research choosing a resort I felt comfortable enough to leave my baby in their care , I came across Bartels they offered all the amenities I was looking for Laya was only in their care a few days, but I was able to give her comfort in her own suite and best part was being able to look in on her with a camera available in her suite, that was the most comforting. Laya was roughly 10yrs of age at this time, shortly after her stay I made an appointment on the clinic side to have her routine checkup and 4yrs later Dr. Mitzy has been her vet ever since,She is very kind, smart, and always explained every detail of Layas care so I would understand,she was therough with her care plan ,and always gave us both what we needed , answering all my questions and looking out for Layas best interest, she has overseen Layas care from treating Laya for dementia, overseeing her aging and never over looking an issue. I trusted her answers, and diagnosis as over the years she has been spot on, recently, Layas last visit I was told she had eye cancer,spinal cancer, declining kidneys,ETC..It was hard to accept,and alot to take in,over the past few weeks, everything Dr, Mitzy said was going to happen, HAPPENED, she started declining very rapidly,Dr,Mitzy was always there when I called and she did her very best to make sure my Laya was as comfortable as possible.Yesterday September 25th, I ended my Layas suffering, not wanting her to experience more pain than she already was,If it wasn't for Dr, Mitzy caring for Laya over the past few years I know she would not have lived this long, I am Grateful for her,and for giving me a few extra yrs of love and memories with my baby! Good doctors are hard to come by,and I was lucky to find her so late in Layas life but just when we needed her the most she came right on time!! Thank you Dr, Mitzy for all you've done for Laya and I keeping my baby with me just a little longer.!! You are our angel.!! “Went there today for my sweet Betty. She got pink eye. The doctor stain her eye to see if she had any scratching marks. I would recommend come here. The nurse who with us was very nice and helpful. I forgot her name. She showed me how to put the ointment to Betty’s eye. I would come back for her routine check up and vaccine.“

They have so much to see and do but to be honest, just watching the pets interact is my favorite part. I have gone to this even for the last 10 or so years and each year it just gets bigger and bigger and better and better. From all the volunteers to the vendors, this is a highly recommended event to attend. Bring your well-behaved pet and enjoy the afternoon. Or go with just the humans and learn about all the different breeds of dogs and other animals that attend. This year they even had calves in attendance! GREAT JOB NORTH ROYALTON ANIMAL HOSPITAL!
