I went to Optical Fashions in Huber Heights today. From when I called to make the appointment to ordering my new glasses I experienced nothing but friendly, professional and helpful staff!!! I would recommend this place to everyone!!!! Thanks guys!!!!

I've been going to this eye doctor since I've moved here and always had a welcome smiles from them and they talk to u with a pleasure ? ☺️ of being there while u wait I go in morning so by after they probably are in there worse day everyone has those days

Terrible customer service. It's been over the estimated time for my glasses to be in. The second time I called to check they got rude with me. A week later I try to call again and they won't answer or the line is busy, every time I call. They owe me $25 on top of this bc I paid for anti glare and they called me and told me they couldn't add that unless I paid the full price. Wich was 50, I asked if I could pay half at my appointment and the other half when I received my glasses bc money's been tightEditing to add that within 30 min of posting this review I got a call from a different location wanting to address and resolve the issues. They made sure I got a pair of glasses...read full review
