“The staffs are very kind and friendly.This vision center is super busy most of the time because of that. Most people avoid going to Glendale Ave location ( I just discovered that after I read the reviews of both stores and after I saw how this location is super busy[ around ten customers at the same time] Vs [none at Glendale Ave] since the employees there are so rude and don’t want to work.After a very bad experience in that Glendale Ave Vision center, Jordan helped me immediately to get many replacement of nose pads that Liza ( the manger of Glendale Ave vision center took them out from the new frame that She replaced for my son’s glass after two hours and half of fighting and getting back and forth with corporate to get them replaced )“

“Dr. Shasteen is spectacular and I also love her staff. My son has been seeing her ever since he got his first pair of glasses when he was 4 yrs old. He is now almost a teenager and ready for contacts . She has made the transition seamless for us. I couldn't ask for a better person to oversee the care of my son's precious eyesight. She is professional, caring, and really goes the extra mile for her patients. We actually followed her from the practice she was with before, to this one, and would gladly do so again. I finally found Van optical where the owner Kim had no trouble fixing my broken frame. I truly appreciate her skill and devotion to help others. I would highly recommend Van optical for you eyewear needs.“

“My family has had great experiences with Dr. Potter! My wife, sons, and I all go here for our vision exams, glasses, and contacts. The staff is always nice and helpful. My sons love the children's play area in the front, toys in the exam room, and little toy and stickers given to them after the exam. They have some cute kid-friendly pictures, videos, and props to get the kids to complete the eye exam in a fun way. Because of all of these things combined, it is a great place to take your children. And they are great with adults as well. I used to go to another eye doctor in Toledo that was not good, so I'm thankful to have Dr. Potter for our eye care.“

“I'm very surprised to see any negative reviews about the staff and Dr Zysik. I have known Dr Micheal Zysik for over 13 years. In the 13 years I have had great service. They are to be commended for providing an incomparable service to the community in a time when lack luster corporate services are not only dominate; but what most insurance companies would prefer in order to cut cost and meet quotas. The quality of examination along with the selection of frames is unique as well. In fact, the quality of the frames is so good I have only had to purchase three frames since the time I've been a patient. Don't think very many corporate based made in China frames can compare in quality and durability.“
