“Direct Optical is always my favorite place to go to for my vision needs. There are lots of glasses to pick from. I lost my previous favorite glasses but was able to find another pair that was almost exactly the same style. I'm always satisfied with my prescriptions and frames. “I recently had an appointment to get my eyes checked and a prescription going. I was running late so I called to let them know and they were able to move my appointment a little later so I could still make it that day. The ladies that I spoke with on the phone both when calling about being late and setting up my appointment were so helpful and sweet. I feel like I rarely smile when talking on the phone but they had me cheesing like I was talking to a crush just from the sheer friendliness! The doctor was running a bit behind when I was in my room and she made it a point to pop in and apologize and inform me it would only be a little bit longer. In total I waited close to an hour but I didn't mind. She was also extremely friendly and did her job well and thoroughly. I was able to get the right prescription this time to be able to see better and I was on my way! My choices were slim because of my insurance but I managed to find a pair of glasses that I loved and it took only 2 weeks for them to come in! This place was a breath of fresh air! It's nice being cared for by people who seem to enjoy their job, so thank you!“
