I am very impressed and humbled on how everyone from my team made up of Doctor Robert Steensen and his assistant Jean came together for my full knew replacement, and therapy afterwards.

Dr. Steensen and Jean, and the entire Orthopedic One organization treated me as a friend with a problem allowing (knee replacement) the opportunity to live a pain free lifestyle and meeting my objectives.

The laser patient focus and satisfaction are a rarity in today’s world. This is what books are written about, a great organization like Orthopedic One stands out from the rest, putting the patient first.

Doctor Robert Steensen, Jen, the office staff, his/my therapy team made up of Jacob (front desk scheduler), Eric Clevidence and Audrey Rickly made my knee replacement recovery a success.

Without an individual plan for my recovery, I would not be enjoying a pain free lifestyle after surgery.

I would like to share my observations around my physical therapy team of Eric Clevidence and Audrey Rickly and having the pleasure to working with them over the last month.

2. Eric Clevidence and Audrey Rickly are always professional and treated me with courtesy and respect.
3. They advocated Orthopedic One services, quality care, and patient outcome satisfaction issues.

“I love coming to Drayer in Hilliard. My first experience was in 2019. I was having back issues. Therapy was not making it better. Kevin recommended I see a sports med doctor which I knew from Darby High School. He suggested spinal injections. Tried that and helped for a little while. He then suggested I have an MRI!! I had a cyst on my sciatic nerve!! My regular doctor never suggested this! I then had surgery and came back to Drayer for therapy! Kevin was correct in that there was something wrong!!! I got to work with a few of the therapists. Kyle was also very good!!! I then had shoulder replacement, and came back again for therapy! Kyle was amazing to work with!! Then 2 years later I had my knee replaced!! Kyle worked with me 2X a week and it really helped a lot! I also got to work with Emily and Kyla. All of them were so nice to work with! I hated to leave!! My knee, shoulder and back all healed very well!!! Drayer therapy is the only place I will ever go!!! They are all very meticulous and know exactly what they are doing!!
