“After being in a bad car accident in 2019 and doing PT for over a year, I was still waking up in pain and would have shoulder and hip pain randomly. I assumed it was just from getting old but when a friend recommended Dr Steph, I figured it was worth a try. Within a few sessions I was literally pain free! Turns out it was still residual from the accident and with a few exercises to work on at home and some dry needling, I could not believe the difference! I'm still seeing her to continue working on getting my strength back but I cannot say enough good things. My biggest concern going in was pricing since this wouldn't go through my insurance but almost a year later, it was absolutely worth every single penny! She is so knowledgeable and easy to work with and will always work within the parameters that work best for you. If you're on the fence, I would absolutely recommend giving it a try.
