Dr. Vanderhorst is incredibly friendly and welcoming as was the rest of the team I came into contact with. They have a great selection of glasses to choose from including some designer brands. “Zero complaints about my appointment here at Target Optical. It's a small space, but they're doing the best they can with the small space they have. Wheelchairs should fit around in here, but they may need to move chairs and items to make it happen. It's located inside of the Target, right off the protein supplement shelves, so it's like REALLY right inside the store. You can easily shop at Target right afterwards if you need to pick something up. Eyeglasses selection isn't as big as you'd find in most optical places, but they have quite a few big-name brands. (Those brands are pricey too). They have a few Target brands that are more affordable. Doctor was extremely friendly, and they have some cool optometry tech that really streamlined the appointment. I got in and out, fast, at a reasonable cost. Nobody pressured me into buying anything, and they were happy to provide info about eyeglasses and what my insurance would cover when I asked. Bonus: they have a texting line for questions and communication. Love that over making a phone call!“

“My first visit to PVS was in November 2024, when Dr. Jenny Tran examined my eyes and updated my prescription. Dr. Tran did an excellent job, very thorough, professional, and friendly - in fact, that characterizes my interactions with everyone at this PVS location, from the reception staff to nurses and assistants. Additionally, working with Katherine, who manages the optical side of the location, has been a pleasure. It can be hard for me to ask exactly for what I need, or for adjustments, even when I am paying for it, and Katherine has made me feel welcome and comfortable, and that making sure I like the frames and lenses I'm purchasing are one of her top concerns. I appreciate that I've been in several times for modifications to the same pair of glasses, and never once have I felt like I was being treated with anything but respect, helpfulness, and a willingness to make sure I receive the best optical products and a positive experience.
