The staff was so friendly and caring, the service was fast, and they made every attempt to save me some money with rebates and discounts on my contacts! I would highly recommend Razzano Vision Care to anyone.
Dr. Razzano was prompt, friendly, and VERY informative (not to mention, was able to pronounce my complicated last name first try!). I saw him at the Olentangy Target Optical, and although I've used Target Optical in the past, I felt like my most recent experience was way more in-depth and I learned a lot more, which I was appreciative for. He took the time to explain what each test meant, how it would help in the future, and was willing to answer my dozens of questions. At the very end of tests, we compared how my old prescription looked vs. my new one, which was something I haven't had done with any doctor yet, and boy, what a difference the new prescription will make!!...read full review
The minute I walked in for my appointment the lovely lady took all of my information right away. Once info was done she took me over to do my tests then straight into the doctor. Doctor was very quick but thorough and asked me if I had any concerns. I told her my concerns and she checked everything out. Picking out frames was also quite simple and quick! I was also offered a free glasses cleaning on the glasses I was currently wearing! Everyone was absolutely wonderful!
