This OhioHealth facility offers urgent care, diagnostic imaging, physical therapy, and mammography services. There may be other types of medical providers here as well, but I am not sure. Pros: Large parking lot. Have never had trouble finding parking. Facility is spotlessly clean. Nice holiday decorations. Convenient location - can do other errands in the same shopping plaza (groceries, gas). Cons: Staff has never been friendly. Patient waiting areas are so boring/no amenities - some music, magazines, tv, anything - please. Check in/reg area is not private at all, so everyone waiting behind you hears all of your identifying information.

I had a 12 o’clock appointment and was seen almost immediately, the entire visit from check in till check out was amazing but the best part by far was my nurse practitioner Jennifer. She was so caring and attentive and was by far the best health care professional I’ve ever met in my life. Thank you so much for what you do Jennifer

I made an appointment overnight for 10 AM (earliest available). I showed up with they opened, and I was out of the building by 10 AM. Dr. Basil was kind and easy to work with. Thank you!
