“Okay so let me start by saying I read every review and I still came with high hopes as this is shop is close to my house and I prefer to stay near home for some things if possible. I stopped in on a rainy day and got fitting in my suit jacket to get taken in about an inch or so. I was told to pick it up the following Saturday. So a week. Okay no problem. I showed up and she had a hard time finding my jacket to find out it hasn't been done yet. She asked if I could come back later in the day or another day. I chose to come back on Tuesday. I came back and she found it not done again. Again asked if I would come back later in the day or the next day, again I came back the next day. It was done and done well. Excellent work. So I am happy. But just be aware you may have to come back. Still I will be back here and if I need it asap I will make sure to let her know. I was in no real hurry.“

I knew one of the Dress Shirts was missing a button, but I wasn't worried because it was fine to wear. When I got back from the Laundry, the button was fixed. I also used the buttons that Tide had in stock! I use Laundry Service every week in Japan, and I have never received such detailed service. Also, I was moved to realize that noticing this missing button meant that I had seen everything. I also liked the hanger from Monsters Inc, which is not available in Japan.“

I felt very comfortable leaving the gown and veil. My daughter had a city wedding, literally dancing on the streets of Pittsburgh. The gown went from black on the train to white. I highly recommend this business.“
