Do not use this company. Not only did we end up with missing floors and a mess all over. Leaving pop cans and cigarettes all over. while I was on my honeymoon they told me my flooring job was done and asked for more money then we even agreed with and the house isn't done and a mess all over. They straight up lied. how can they sleep at night? I pray no one has to deal with this headache. You can not trust these people. i have a big heart and wanted to but unfortunately they will screw you over. Go with a company you can trust.

Do not hire this company! We hired Roy's Home Improvements to put a new roof, gutters, and downspouts on our rental home last spring (2020). Per our contract we paid him $2950.00 (Half) up front and the other $2950.00 would be paid once the job was completed, plus we paid for the dumpster, and the permit from the city to have the job done. Other than the first day(except for the fact a board got dropped through my kitchen ceiling) this job was a complete nightmare. On day two nobody showed which it was Mother's Day so I understood. I hired Kevin Roy to install a hardwood floor, and repair a laminate floor. Both jobs are still not completed, the work performed is below average, and Kevin refuses to come finish. Kevin rarely showed up for work and was late when he did. If you hire this man do not pay him any money up front or you will regret it. Wait until the job is complete & you are satisfied or you will be sorry. My wife was a sweetheart to kevin when he was here, and all the issues with his work are mine and mine alone. kevin has displayed threatening behavior since my wife posted a review. He is completely unprofessional.
