“We had a gas leak in our line into our hot water heater. Duke came out and shut off our gas and said it couldn’t be turned on until it was fixed. I contacted Ryan (owner) late evening and he was out the next morning to fix our problem.“

Professional and knowledgeable about his job and warranties even if it wasn't answers we were hoping for, and we spoke about how many issues we've had with our home similar and he listened understanding our concerns lol.
