The staff here are amazing! Myla and Latoya are so kind and do such a great job making you feel comfortable. I am having my full legs and Brazilian done! I was very nervous at first, but the staff answered all of my questions and made me feel relaxed and confident in my decision to get laser hair removal. I have HS and to have staff who understand the condition and who make you feel heard and seen are everything. The kindness that they showed me means so much to me and I hope that other people who have HS or who are interested in laser hair removal know that even if they feel nervous or scared they can go here and be taken care of!

Update: My lovely Dayton (Kettering) location was able to get me in two hours later on their lunch break (so thankful for them), and about an hour after this review, I was contacted by Milan’s customer support line and I was able to give my feedback. Hopefully Milan on Princeton is further educated on correct protocol so that no one else is turned away in the way I was.Original review: I am usually seen at the Dayton Milan location, but they scheduled me at this particular location on Princeton road in order to get my treatment done in time before vacation/summer months. Being young and wanting my hair to be permanently gone, was a big decision. I saw good reviews online and scheduled a consultation, and they could see me the next day and gave me a great plan to work with in terms of money. I get reminders on my appointments a few days before and another one day before so I don't forget or have time to reschedule. Everyone there is very considerate of my safety and never fail to ask if I need anything and have products on hand if I need to wash my face before treatment so I can have the most successful outcome.
