Nikki was so kind and caring. She took the time to explain the process and made me feel comfortable. She even took the time to review the current skin care products I am using and gave directions for how to best use the products most effectively. The office space was clean. I have dealt with acne for years and I am excited to say after the first appt I am already seeing results.
