I knew I was quickly going downhill when I walked in the door. Despite a small line, front desk clerk stayed calm, poised and worked at a steady pace. Intake nurse was thorough and entered information quickly. I was wheezing (had a face mask on). Laura Hackett NP immediately ordered a chest x-ray and I was diagnosed with pneumonia. Meds and inhaler was ordered to my pharmacy. I appreciate the kind words encouraging me to go home and rest. I wanted to be specific and mention every step went smooth without stress. Kudos to the entire team.
This is a great place to get care, staff is really nice and the Dr. Kirovski is a wonderful provider. This is the only urgent care I visit when it’s after hours and on weekends when my PCP isn’t available.
