“Wonderful experience, great atmosphere and felt at ease as soon as I walked in. She takes some info gets your concerns, tells of her quality's and experiences. Leaves you feeling revamped. When I was done I couldn't wait for my next appointment.“
“Coach Levi has been my coach for 6 Months now and I couldn’t be happier as an athlete. I set a goal of moving up from division 4 to division 2 rugby and have been blown away with my results. My speed and body fluidity are at all time highs. The rest of the coaching staff are friendly and answer any questions I could have.“
“I never thought that when I stepped in for my first Lagree class I would find such an amazing, supportive and knowledgeable group of instructors! I look forward to each visit. The workout is fantastic but what is even better is the community that everyone at the Butcher Shop has created. I am at least twice as old as most people working out but the encouragement I receive makes me feel like I fit right in. If you want to seriously get into the best shape of your life and find the instructors that brighten up your whole day look no further. I love this place!“
“I train at Chiseled Gym with Natalie Hermiller. Natalie is an excellent personal trainer and Chiseled Gym is a great environment! I highly recommend. Natalie is super supportive and encouraging while pushing me to achieve and grow. I was new to lifting as a regular runner, and have since been feeling stronger every week with Natalie's guidance. I am confident she has the skill and knowledge to help anyone achieve their strength and fitness goals. Natalie and Juan are the best!“
“Was an athlete most of my life and have searched Columbus to find the right kind of training that matches that push all athletes need. and Torch is where it is at. Burning 500 plus calories in intense workouts that change all the time. no matter your fitness level- you can do this. Don't waste your time paying money to run on a treadmill or a rower in a class.“
“So far, so good. Nicholas (Nick) is great.Services are wonderful. Visiting Worthington, but for convenience, transferring to Pickerington.Had the dry needling done, traveled from northside to eastside, and the pain was gone.Dry needling is a temporary fix (that I read...I don't know, but plan to inquire) So to experience no pain, has been heaven sent. The procedure went very easily and pain-free for me.“

I have noticed an incredible difference in my strength and flexibility. I will forever be a fan!“

“Few months back I needed help preparing for basic training. In the time he helped before I left, he helped me understand my body. Not just by working out, but by teaching how many calories my body should be taking in a day, and about eating right. The trainer is really awesome dude, communication is great. He will definitely help you reach your goals“
“Awesome gym! Kirk is an excellent coach that balances pushing you to perform at your best while being sure to check that you aren't pushing yourself towards an injury or picking up bad habits with your form. Going to a full powerlifting style gym was intimidating at first but everyone there has been amazingly friendly and inviting.“
“I’ve been coming here for years. The membership is affordable, it’s family oriented, and it’s a friendly environment.“
“Supportive, individualized and socially comfortable gym with highly knowledgeable trainers and instructors.“
“I had the most amazing experience visiting this gym! There are so many equipment options, the staff is nice, the gym is clean and they have cool classes. I did the Monday night 6:45 class with Dana and had the time of my life! I felt like I got in a great work out and had energy after to finish my day. I highly recommend you take one of Dana’s classes! You will not be disappointed.“
“Clearly this is a very popular yoga studio. I have the phone number listed on Google for this studio and get constant phone calls for yoga classes. Hopefully the phone number can be updated so these future clients can get in touch with the studios correct phone number.“
“Justin made this whole process super easy and was more than willing to help and answer all my questions lol . Owner introduced herself as well and was active in her gym which is awesome . Clean and well maintained equipment with a good atmosphere and hospitality i wasn’t expecting.“
“Been stopping in this gym when visiting Columbus since 2012. Since it switched from LAF to Esporta, they added equipment you don’t see at LAF.Indoor pool, track and very open room concept with large glass windows allowing lots of natural light in.Generally very clean, except for the equipment framework not being cleaned by staff. (Reason for only 4 Stars.)If you’re stopping in to check on a tour or membership, be sure to ask for Caleb.“
“I attended for 6 to 8 years until life took me down different paths some years ago.I can unequivocally say, If you want to learn self-defense not just as a collection of techniques; but learn the concepts and tenets of defending one's self and loved ones then this is The Place. Everything is taught from the aspect of realism. No flashy techniques that look great in a dojo and will get you killed on the street. To get a feel for what is foundational to the school's approach, the following is taught along with effective techniques:* Learning to see threats and avoid them and if necessary be the one conscious and able to call the police and quite possibly EMS if you are alone and attacked.* The ability to walk into a room and quickly see the number and location of objects that could be used as improvised weapons should you need one and how they could be employed. That's just two of many examples of teaching that illustrate the school's broad base of thought on "Self-defense". There is no sport aspect.Techniques are drawn from ju jitsu, boxing, judo, Philipino stick and knife fighting, the fighting system taught to armed forces. What is common sense and useful is taught, what is flashy or overly complicated is not.Instructors are friendly, helpful and not all puffed up with their ego.Class size is small and the atmosphere of learning often results in new friendships being formed.Price is very reasonable compared to other schools that are not nearly as thorough.“
