The workout is fantastic but what is even better is the community that everyone at the Butcher Shop has created. I am at least twice as old as most people working out but the encouragement I receive makes me feel like I fit right in. If you want to seriously get into the best shape of your life and find the instructors that brighten up your whole day look no further. I love this place!“

Visiting Worthington, but for convenience, transferring to Pickerington.Had the dry needling done, traveled from northside to eastside, and the pain was gone.Dry needling is a temporary fix (that I read...I don't know, but plan to inquire) So to experience no pain, has been heaven sent. The procedure went very easily and pain-free for me.“

“Few months back I needed help preparing for basic training. In the time he helped before I left, he helped me understand my body. Not just by working out, but by teaching how many calories my body should be taking in a day, and about eating right. The trainer is really awesome dude, communication is great. He will definitely help you reach your goals“

640 W Rich St, Columbus“So I would love to start by giving a sincere apology to the manager this is a great place to work out and even though we have our differences he is a business owner in a residential neighborhood so he is trying to be as respectful as he can be to people who live here and I am forever grateful for that and I would like to thank you for taking the time to go over the situation that occurred 3 days ago I should not have allowed what I was upset about to affect how I went about it all that I asked is that everybody be respectful to the people who live close to this business because we live here and you guys are visiting a business that's all I've ever asked and I should have just spoken to the original person that I had spoken to from the beginning this is an amazing place and I am so grateful to have been able to sit down and have a conversation with you today so thank you for being understanding and taking time out of your important work day 10 out of 10 I definitely recommend and I'm sorry to all his viewers as well I was upset with something that had occurred that he was not aware of at the time and I apologize to everyone for that“

8AM - 7PM
850 Goodale Blvd, Columbus“I mostly like this gym. Excellent price. Good staff. Plenty of parking. Open late. Great variety of equipment: track, pool, sauna, squat racks, smith machine, sled, basically every machine you could think of, heavy dumbbells, ropes, punching bag, and all the cardio stuff. Only downside is how busy it gets. If you go at the wrong time and expect to get on a bench or squat rack, forget about it. Also, if short meathead dudes making tons of noise isn't your jam, this probably isn't the place for you.“
8AM - 7PM
6585 E Broad St, Columbus“The east Esporta is a very nice facility.
The pool shower n restroom area need continuous ALL day attention bcuz some members are just sloppy messy, nasty and don't care as CARELESS MEMBERS leave wads of hair and trash in showers, restroom n pool areas. Other than that the workers are nice and Esporta is a nice facility.“
“I attended for 6 to 8 years until life took me down different paths some years ago.I can unequivocally say, If you want to learn self-defense not just as a collection of techniques; but learn the concepts and tenets of defending one's self and loved ones then this is The Place. Everything is taught from the aspect of realism. No flashy techniques that look great in a dojo and will get you killed on the street. To get a feel for what is foundational to the school's approach, the following is taught along with effective techniques:* Learning to see threats and avoid them and if necessary be the one conscious and able to call the police and quite possibly EMS if you are alone and attacked.* The ability to walk into a room and quickly see the number and location of objects that could be used as improvised weapons should you need one and how they could be employed. That's just two of many examples of teaching that illustrate the school's broad base of thought on "Self-defense". There is no sport aspect.Techniques are drawn from ju jitsu, boxing, judo, Philipino stick and knife fighting, the fighting system taught to armed forces. What is common sense and useful is taught, what is flashy or overly complicated is not.Instructors are friendly, helpful and not all puffed up with their ego.Class size is small and the atmosphere of learning often results in new friendships being formed.Price is very reasonable compared to other schools that are not nearly as thorough.“
