“I just happened upon Griswold Home Care of South Columbus and Fairfield County when I was looking for a new job in January. I interviewed and was surprised how caring Jen was about the clients and also the caregivers. They insure all caregivers have been screened to meet the requirements of the state of Ohio. They base their rates and caregiver pay on complexity of care. They also try to match their caregivers with the clients based on personality and capabilities of the caregivers and client. A wonderful company to work for and highly recommended. They truly care about the well being of the clients and the caregivers.“

“My daughter has been using NCH homecare for her medical supplies for years now. This past weekend, we traveled out of town. I realized soon after we arrived that I had forgotten the charger to her feeding pump. With everything we have to remember to bring to meet her medical needs, I’m always worried that I’ll forget something important. And that finally happened! I thought we’d have to cut the trip short and go home. But I decided to call and see if NCH homecare could do anything. To my surprise, they ended up delivering a new charger to us that same day even though we were 2.5 hours from Columbus. We had the best weekend and I’m so, so grateful. Truly above and beyond!“

“My 96 year old father was living in an independent living facility and it was becoming clear that he needed help with showering. The facility gave me a contact with Options and it was so helpful. A couple months later, my dad had 3 falls in 3 weeks (thankfully, with no serious injuries) and my family realized he needed to be moved to assisted living as soon as possible. With very little notice, Sarah at Options helped me schedule around the clock care for him until he could be placed. The caregivers were professional and compassionate with him and Sarah was so flexible and responsive those few months that we used Options. My dad was a navy veteran from WW II so Sarah was able to help him get coverage for their services through the VA. I am so grateful for all the services Options provided for him! It was a very positive experience during some difficult life transitions.“
