It was a blessing for me to know she had someone with her on days that I could not be. There was excellent communication between her provider and myself as well as the scheduler and myself . “My daughter has been using NCH homecare for her medical supplies for years now. This past weekend, we traveled out of town. I realized soon after we arrived that I had forgotten the charger to her feeding pump. With everything we have to remember to bring to meet her medical needs, I’m always worried that I’ll forget something important. And that finally happened! I thought we’d have to cut the trip short and go home. But I decided to call and see if NCH homecare could do anything. To my surprise, they ended up delivering a new charger to us that same day even though we were 2.5 hours from Columbus. We had the best weekend and I’m so, so grateful. Truly above and beyond!“
