We’re completely renovating the basement of our ranch and the last room is the bathroom. We’re installing a corner soaking tub. Having changed out numerous faucets over the years, I know how much of a difference there is between Delta and Moen faucets than the others out there. Got a great deal on a great faucet, but we were just too leery about cutting and soldering around the tub. I really didn’t want to get a cheaper faucet just for a simpler installation. So I called Scott. Not a difficult or lengthy job, but Scott took the time to listen to our needs and gave us the advice we needed. “Ty and his workers did a fantastic job repairing the discharge pipe from our sump pump. Note: the system had not been very well done when our house was built in 1988. They used a camera several times to determine the direction of the pipe and to inspect for pipe damage from tree roots. They jetted through several areas to clear the pipe of tree roots, then "hand cut" a new trench in order to prevent damage to our maple tree and yard. New pipes were laid and connected into the existing system without having to tear up the driveway. Great care was taken to provide the necessary slope for the new pipes to drain correctly. Their concern for our property was very much appreciated! We would recommend Ty's company to anyone who needs outdoor plumbing work. Thank you to Ty, Joe, and Jessica!!!“
