I reached out over the phone on a Tuesday, and was pleasantly surprised to hear that they could accommodate my plumbing needs by Thursday, or possibly even Wednesday. We set the appointment for Thursday, but within just a few minutes, I received a call back saying they could squeeze me in on Wednesday. Shortly after, Melvin phoned me to introduce himself and assured me that he would call when he was en route. True to his word, Melvin called me when he was just 7 minutes away. Upon arrival, he was friendly and incredibly helpful. The job was completed flawlessly, and I can wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone in Garfield Heights who needs a dependable plumber! They've certainly won my loyalty, and I plan to rely on them for all my future plumbing needs.

I've been in and out of many treatment centers. This one is different. The people who work here are amazing. They have never given up on me during my rocky journey to recovery. The staff took time to get to know me on a personal level. The owner, my private counselor, the Doctor and other workers Have laughed, with me and cried with me. I've been taught how my mind works. I no longer feel all , the insanity, emotions the fear that made me feel so alone and helpless in this world. They, and group helped me through some of the most challenging times in my life. I feel a sense of camaraderie ive never felt in any other treatment center. I know that they care for me and love me ,even when i have a hard time loving myself .I am a better person today because they ARE in my life. Thank you Drew, Linda, Dr. Rick and staff. You guys rock.
A great company to work with. I elected to put up my fence myself. Chris and his staff were very helpful with assisting in what I needed. I purchased their quality wood products that are far more superior than the big box stores. They even walked me through how to hang the gate they custom made for me. I highly recommend them and their knowledge.
**UPDATE** 2.5 hours ago I posted a 1 star review of this company because one of their trucks drove down our road. In that time, the owner/president replied to my concern and asked for more information. After I sent an email and more photos, Nazar responded back quickly and answered my concerns. Based on this experience, I will confidently encourage anyone to use this company and would presume to say customer satisfaction is as important to them as it is to you. Below is my original review."This truck decided to drive over the curb on both sides of our street trying to squeeze into a clearly marked "NOTHRU TRUCKS" road. Both ends of the road have unimpeded views of the large signs."
