The man who installed our windows had 2 days of trouble. We had the old steel pan windows and the way it was installed was just bad. He custom made interior trim and the job was complete when he said it would be. No price gouging after the deal.

Just one broken seal, but the service installers and the whole team were very professional and informative. Called for my window and they are replacing it immediately. Awesome company. WillHave them do more work. My favorite window is my kitchen awning window.
