During a semi-annual maintenance service, Chuck performed a variety of tasks, including fixing a whistle sound in my furnace, checking all the vents, and watering down my air conditioner with a hose. He also helped me put away the hose when he was through. He was highly knowledgeable, very ethical, and truly helpful throughout his visit.
