“I absolutely love this place! The private spaces are always impeccably clean and have such a homey, comfy, updated vibe. The second I walk in I’m greeted by name by not only the receptionist, but the nurses who work there and I’m only in there every 8 weeks! I’m always offered a drink and snack before heading back (they even do the same for my 9yo daughter who comes with me). In fact, she LOVES coming with me. The rooms have big tvs, comfy leather recliners and some rooms have leather sofas. If you’re cold they have warm, soft, thick blankets. Honestly, they really treat you amazing here. I would highly suggest this place!!! Considering I have to get infusions for the rest of my life, they do everything to make me not dread it at all! In fact, it’s almost my moment of peace in a way. ☺️“

“I would highly recommend Dr. B and staff. I had a home sleep study and given a cpap machine. Most of my symptoms that went undiagnosed by other doctors for years have been eliminated with daily use of my cpap. Very knowledgeable about insurance also.“

Everyone here is so friendly and I have never felt rushed or ignored. I’m terrified of blood draws and the two I have had done here were very quick and only a pinch! “I had form I-693 filled out by Dr.Donepudi Radhika back in 2018. Her lab can do blood work as well as the examination, so it’s a very easy one-stop place. The service was good and I got the form completed quickly. I had a very positive experience.Now again I need to have I-693 done for a family member. I called several places, however, unfortunately they either didn’t pick up the phone, or required that I do blood work somewhere else. I then remembered Dr. Donepudi so I found my old form and looked her up again. I was so shocked to see the negative reviews and I was hesitant to book an appointment. However, I decided to trust my own experience instead of the online reviews, so I called her office and got a same-day appointment!When I arrived for my appointment, the front desk was friendly and familiar with her work. The nurse was very sweet to my mom. The doctor again was thorough, clear and very friendly. She gave us a list of the vaccines still needed and recommended the Sterling Community Pharmacy across the street to us, which helped us save hundreds of dollars on the vaccines. I ended up having everything in a day minus the result of the blood work, which would take a couple of days no matter where you go.I felt obligated to write this review, because the online reviews are so untrue and unfair. I think an efficient and friendly practice like this one deserves honest feedback.“

“I have been a trans patient of Dr. Pickle's since 2018. She is extremely knowledgeable and up to date on the state of the field. She is very thorough, and works to protect my health holistically, including my mental health. She has been an incredible support and advocate for me through some extremely difficult mental health issues, and with her help and the rest of my team, I am doing much better in my daily life. I am so grateful that she is in Cincinnati. The office staff and nursing assistants are always kind, and last week I went again with a bunch of questions with which they assisted me. “I have been a patient of Dr Nasr-Anaisse for at least 10 years. Every experience I have had with her has been positive. She takes the time to listen, ask questions, and has always been pleasant and knowledgable. I have not personally had any issues with the support staff. I know the lab at the office is not available at the moment, but UC Hospital is less than 10 minutes away. I routinely get bloodwork done yearly so I just ask for a request to be submitted to UC to get the tests done before my visit so Dr Nasr has the results when I have my appointment to see her. I highly recommend Dr Nasr-Anaisse. I trust her completely.“
