I have been a patient of Dr Nasr-Anaisse for at least 10 years. Every experience I have had with her has been positive. She takes the time to listen, ask questions, and has always been pleasant and knowledgable. I have not personally had any issues with the support staff. I know the lab at the office is not available at the moment, but UC Hospital is less than 10 minutes away. I routinely get bloodwork done yearly so I just ask for a request to be submitted to UC to get the tests done before my visit so Dr Nasr has the results when I have my appointment to see her. I highly recommend Dr Nasr-Anaisse. I trust her completely.

Been a patient of Dr. Zmora since 2021. Came to him with multiple issues. He got right on the problems and got me the help I needed. I like his serious , straight forward approach. Glad to have found him.

Visit went well. But being a cash patient I paid my bill at the end of my visit. Expecting that to be it. Just to later get a bill for even more due to a miscalculation. Called to see what happened and they had added another forgotten charge. If I pay cash I would expect to pay my full bill at end of service, not continually have my bill increased weeks after. So good visit, terrible billing management.
