Swan Cleaners was founded in 1935 by Eleanor & Andre Gelpi, parents of Swan’s current president, Paul Gelpi. Swan Cleaners continues to observe the cardinal rule of providing fast, friendly service and high quality at a moderate price. Swan customers know that they can expect quick and courteous service when they bring their clothes to their neighborhood store. Our staff is thoroughly trained, and we treat each garment as if it were our own. Swan Cleaners stores are equipped with all necessary dry cleaning and pressing equipment to provide customers with the finest care available for their clothes. The cleaning and pressing staff is taught the art of fabric care in specialized training courses.

It was horrible, the manager was very rude to my mother about a shirt that was mess up out of the 13 that she brought in to be pressed. Also very accusatory of my mom implying that she some how put the stain on the shirt. Not impressed at all
My wife dropped off an 8x10 rug over 6 weeks ago to be cleaned. They said it would take 2-3 weeks to be cleaned. Last week we called for probably the 5th time and were told that our rug has been LOST. They are refusing to refund our money that we paid at drop off. This has been one of the worst experiences and the customer service has been atrocious. I would post 0 stars if google allowed it.
The attendant walks up to me with a blank face. I said I’m here to pick up my dry cleaned clothes. She proceeds to give me attitude, saying there are hundreds of customers and she’d need more than that to find my clothes. A simple “hi, may I have your name to look for your items” would be so much easier.
