Have been going here for decades. Send like starting to go downhill. Don't have normal plumbing needs some days. Staff has been exceptional for a long time. Some of new staff is less than satisfactory

I don't get to Delaware very often for my plumbing company but its nice to know that these knowledgeable folks are there when I need parts. They didn't have everything that I needed but sent me directly to their rep for the what they lacked so I am very pleased and will be back.

Their lack of material for the professional plumber to pick up for use on an average house has made me not visit this establishment as often. I can actually go to the big box hardware stores and pick up whatever I need on a daily basis.
