I wanted to take the time and show my appreciation to Emergency Plumbing Heating & Air. Not only for taking my appointment on the sameday I called for one but also sending Shawn & Perfus to handle my heat pump problem. They diagnosed the situation and found that the heat pump had a bad contact switch. With the new part on hand, they installed the new one and made sure the heat pump was 100% in working order before they signed off on the task. Shawn & Perfus were professional, polite and understood how to take care of the problem. Emergency Plumbing Heating & Air you have a customer for life. Thank you for what you do!
First off,I apologize for it taking me so long to do this review.My furnace quit working. I cannot even remember what month it was but it was very cold. I called EPH&A and they responded quickly! I was sent an email about the service tech that would be coming and he was right on time! It didn't take him very long to figure out what the problem was but he did not have the part on his truck but he was told they had the part at their shop. After going back to their shop he found out they did not have the correct part there either. So the service tech Shawn drove to Columbus and picked up the part that was needed and got it installed!I have to say I was very impressed...read full review
We suspected that our 18 year old water heater was going out and Luis and Jordan came out to install a new one the same day I called. The price was the most reasonable I could find and they were incredibly nice, polite and thorough. We had hot water again a few hours after calling. Thank you Luis and Jordan for doing such a great job.
