Our AC unit went out, Matt took my call and bent over backwards to come out and look at our unit, pulled some strings got the parts and fixed the unit the next day! We have 2 Belgian Malinois shepherds who were in need of air and took in consideration for their comfort. The price was affordable and Matt was amazing in contacting me every step if the way. He will be my heating and air guy from now on! Thank you Matt your truly amazing person!!
Very happy with our service! Our furnace went out, and we called another company who came out and looked at it. We were told it would be 4 days to wait for a part to be ordered if we did a repair instead of replacement, so we called Cardinal for a second opinion. Matt came out a few hours later, fixed the furnace in 20 minutes, AND charged less than the first quote. Highly recommend!
Great communication and service. I called with broken A/C on a super-hot day. They gave me the option to schedule an overtime visit or wait a couple days for a regular-rate visit (which I did). Tech was really polite, explained what he was doing, and fixed what needed fixing at a reasonable rate. These guys are my new go-to for HVAC.Service: A/C system repair
