We were very uncertain about moving to home care for our mother, but Home Care Assist made the discussions and decision to move forward very easy and comforting. Bry Morales was very caring and reassuring as we transitioned into Home Care. She walked us through every step of the way and showed concern and understanding towards our mom! As her diagnosis progressed and we needed to move to 24/7 care, they provided that almost immediately and very seamlessly! As we made the decision to move her to an assisted living facility, HCA was very gracious and even offered to help with the transition. They have made follow up calls to check on mom and ensure that she was settled. I couldn't recommend them more. They definitely are a caring company!!!“

“Wellcare Family Home Health is a wonderful place to work! My heart is home health! Before I became a nurse I was a home health aide. So I have worked in this field for almost 14 years. I can tell you that this company actually means what they say and they care! My husband was sick a couple weeks ago and they knew he had a doctors appointment and called me just to check on him! You don’t find companies ran like this anymore! I know having worked home health there is sometimes that feeling of disconnect because as the employee you are usually out in the field seeing patients but they truly try to make you feel like family! “Compass was called by our family doctor to take care of my dad after a fall and a broken femur. The visiting nurse was great. Always on time and very courteous. Physical therapist was a wonderful man named Steve. Also always right on time. Helped my dad get back on his feet and gave great tips for ways to do things safely. Great company.“
