I have the perfect aide! Yes, she has her "off" days, but really, Michelle Binegar has been a God send to me. I don't know what I'd do without her services! She needs a raise so she doesn't have to go get a different job though! This industry doesn't know how much these people mean to us. We need them, and they're not paid NEARLY enough ?. I want to say I know, from experience, the good ones are very, and I mean VERY, hard to find!! Give Michelle a raise Helping Hands, please??!!P.S. She doesn't discuss her wages with me, I just know sometimes shes struggling.?
