I had True Clean Carpet and Tile come and clean my kitchen tile and grout. I came home to all of my stainless steel appliances splattered and damaged by the cleaning chemkncals. All appliances are splashed and have brown splatter with holes pitted. Now, they won't reimburse the full amount for replacement appliances. The cleaner even said the chemicals smelled funny and strange but, he used it anyway. WHY!? Lazy, stupid? Yet, they want us to pay for the difference of replacing our appliances with new ones. IT WAS THEIR FAULT!!!
Extremely professional company. The two men that cleaned my carpet were very nice. Heavy traffic areas didn't come as clean as I liked but for the most part they did a good job. Definitely recommend.Service: General carpet cleaning
